We designed the interior for the Felicity residential complex, lobby, hallways, elevator lobbies, and staircase. Each area was thoughtfully crafted to reflect functionality, aesthetics, and a cohesive style throughout the building.
In the interior, we combined white paint with chipboard panels on the walls, integrating the residential complex's signature colors into the wall featuring its logo. The flooring is finished with porcelain stoneware for durability and elegance.
The entrance area includes a full-length mirror with a branded pattern, adding style and practicality. Additionally, the mailboxes are embedded into the wall, a design choice that ensures, maximizing space efficiency.
On the first level, floor-by-floor apartment numbering is provided, simplifying navigation for residents and visitors alike.
The corridors on each floor of the Felicity residential complex feature a cohesive interior style that complements the design of the main lobby. Key elements incorporated into this zone's design include: walls finished with a combination of white paint and chipboard panels for a clean and contemporary look. A company-themed accent wall in purple, adorned with a branded pattern, creating a striking focal point. Ceilings enhanced with cube-shaped slats, painted in black, adding depth and character to the space. Light gray porcelain stoneware chosen for the flooring, ensuring durability and contributing to the overall aesthetic harmony. The thoughtful use of colors strengthens the association with the residential complex while establishing design unity. The play of contrasts adds a creative flair, making the space stylish and engaging. Practicality is also emphasized, as clear markers are incorporated to indicate floors and apartment numbers, ensuring ease of navigation
