This single-story private residence reflects a modern approach to form-making, where clean lines, a horizontal orientation, and a considered use of accent materials serve as the key defining factors.
The compositional core of the structure is a pronounced white horizontal band of the flat roof. It visually unifies all zones of the house and forms deep cantilevered overhangs: a covered two-car carport on one side and a shaded lounge terrace on the other. The facade composition relies on a three-part palette of textures. The clean white volume is balanced by massive pylons clad in large-format light porcelain stoneware. The primary aesthetic accent comes from vertical ribbed metal panels in a deep emerald hue, adding graphic clarity, crisp geometric texture, and a vivid rhythm to the surfaces.
