When the children grow up, it’s essential to create a space just for two. This is the essence of our new project. We carefully considered every wish and need to turn all dreams of this two-level penthouse into a reality.
We're excited to share visualizations of the kitchen-living room in our new project. The kitchen zone is functional and modern, with appliances seamlessly integrated into the furniture. The island is crafted from Laminam Diamond Calacatta Black Bocciardato stone, designed to extend into a solid oak dining table. In the living area, we have planned a spacious Flexform Edmond sofa, a TV, and a Vitra Repos lounge chair. A practical touch is the MDF wall cladding, paired with flooring made from solid wood planks with a personalized layout print. Upon completion, the kitchen-living room will be both spacious and cozy, further enriched by artistic accents such as a sculpture under the staircase and a painting chosen by the homeowners.
The centerpiece of the bedroom is the Klein double bed, complemented by an MDF panel headboard framed with tinted mirrors. A sleek metal coffee table. Opposite the bed, a smart glass wall not only adds elegance but also serves as decorative lighting at night. Additionally, the lighting includes fixtures from the collection by American designer Astraeus Clarke. The wardrobe area features a dedicated illuminated wall and shelving with metal frames.
The apartment features two bathrooms, designed in a unified color palette and style. The project incorporates matching materials, including Bicolor tiles from the Boost Stone collection, Laminam Naturali Nero Greco sinks, wall-mounted toilets, glass partitions, and tropical shower systems. A custom-made chandelier above the sink adds a distinctive touch. One of the bathrooms will also include a storage installation with a dedicated slot for toilet paper. To keep the bathrooms spacious, all appliances have been relocated to a separate utility room.
The ideal office should be simple, cozy, and functional, without any unnecessary visual noise. In our For Two project, it is visualized exactly in this way. The office will be furnished with a desk featuring glass inserts and bookshelves opposite it. We’ve also included a comfortable Bolia Pyra sofa for relaxation, along with a TV. To enhance the ambiance, several lighting solutions have been planned: contour lighting, and track lights.
