In the “MARVEL Home” residential complex, we designed the interiors for the lobby, hallways, elevator lobbies, and staircase. Each space was crafted with a focus on functionality, aesthetics, and cohesion to create a welcoming and modern environment for residents.
The design of the lobbies and hallways is united by a cohesive concept that balances elegance with practicality. Despite this shared vision, each area has its own distinct characteristics. At MARVEL Home, the lobbies are envisioned as more than just aesthetic spaces—they are intended to provide an immediate sense of comfort and security, wrapping residents and visitors in a welcoming ambiance from the very first moment. This vision serves as the foundation and inspiration for our work throughout the project.
The cozy ambiance of the lobby is achieved through warm, calm tones and the use of natural materials. The ceiling features cube-shaped slats and a gypsum board structure, adding depth and texture. Near the entrance, mailboxes are placed, while the walls of the passageway are adorned with illustrations depicting the construction of the residential complex.
Further down the hallway, a waiting area offers a welcoming atmosphere. It is enhanced by a plant installation behind frosted glass, decorative trees, a stone-finish coffee table, and a sofa with chairs. Opposite this area, a wall is accentuated with an illuminated three-dimensional logo, serving as a striking visual element.
Adjacent to it, a section with glass blocks allows natural light to flow into the room behind the wall. Near the elevator, a mirror is installed, and high-interaction areas are clad with chipboard panels, chosen for their durability and practicality compared to decorative plaster. Convenient navigation is also ensured through clear markings, adding functionality to the design.
The future corridors of the MARVEL Home project will harmoniously reflect the lobby's style, featuring natural elements, warm, calm tones, and a minimalist design. A standout interior feature is the ceiling with cube-shaped slats in the residential area, adding depth and character. Additionally, a chipboard panel has been added above the entrance doors, visually extending their height for a sleek look.
Attention to detail is evident in the functional markers, which serve to designate floors, apartment numbers, and exits to the building's designated utilities.
