Introducing you to a project where quality, materials, design, and service know no compromise — Simore Residential Complex by Kredo Development. SIMORE is a living hub for those who seek to see more and know how to think broader. Comprehensive work has been done on the design and planning of the lobby, stairwells, corridors, playroom, gym, and shelter.
The SIMORE Community Hall is a place of strength, inspiration, and the exchange of ideas. Its design reflects the quality and lifestyle you deserve, embodying the entire character of the residential complex. At the entrance, you'll find a concierge desk, and opposite it, a cozy waiting area.
The design features a combination of dark premium colors and materials. The walls and ceilings are adorned with veneered panels, and large-format porcelain stoneware is also incorporated into the design. The focal point of the space is a striking glass installation with trees, adding a unique and captivating touch.
From the hall, you can access the children's playroom, the gym, and the storage room for strollers or bicycles. There's also an exit to the apartments on the first level. SIMORE Residential Complex is designed to cater to the needs of all its residents, including the youngest ones. Special care has been taken to ensure that children always have a place to play, regardless of the season or weather conditions. To achieve this, we developed a 49-square-meter playroom. The design includes zones tailored to different age groups, featuring a TV with PlayStation, a climbing wall, bookshelves, and more.
Under the new construction standards, every modern building must include its own shelter. The SIMORE Residential Complex serves as an example of how this space can be implemented stylishly and modernly. The shelter, located beneath the parking area, spans 147 square meters. Proposed features include zones designed for different age groups and interests of future residents. It incorporates areas for watching movies, playing PlayStation games, and a bar counter/kitchen space. Additionally, the floor is equipped with a restroom block. The design aligns with the overall aesthetics of the complex.
