The surrounding landscapes may change, but wherever the Lomanini House is placed, it will always maintain its stylish and sophisticated appearance. The house is composed of two modules that are transported to the site separately, ensuring ease of transportation and accelerating the installation process. The materials used are primarily practical. To make the structure both lightweight and durable, we selected a frame made of LSTK and filled it with polyurethane foam.
Kitchen-Living Room in Lomanini House
The interior is entirely finished with plywood, while specific areas are covered with HPL plastic and stone veneer for a refined touch. Climate control is provided by electric radiators, an air conditioner, and recuperators to ensure balanced airflow throughout the space. For lighting, Kloodi recessed fixtures were chosen, adding functionality and elegance.
The kitchen area is practical and well-equipped, with all necessary appliances integrated into the cabinetry, including a boiler. The countertop is made from HPL plastic. A bar counter separates the kitchen from the living room and is equipped with three stools.
Behind the bar, a comfortable foldable sofa is situated, serving as an additional sleeping option. Opposite, there is a wall panel featuring stone veneer, contour lighting, and a TV. Additionally, the design allows for the installation of a fireplace insert in this zone, making it versatile and cozy.
